Due to the bespoke nature of the products we manufacture, every request for goods to be returned must be treated on its own merits.
Should a Customer wish to return items from an order then they should contact firstname.lastname@example.org via email, detailing exactly what it is that they wish for us to collect.
Prior to us collecting the items we will ensure a price has been agreed as a refund.
Should any items need to be exchanged or returned due to the error of AGP Steel Structures Ltd or any of its employees, then the goods will be collected free of charge and either replaced or refunded in full.
We aim to keep returns to a minimum and therefore ask that Customers give us as much information as possible at the point of order to ensure that the steelwork is made accurately. We also ask that any measurements given are checked and are not estimates.
Should a Customer be unsure as to the exact steels they require then we would encourage them to pay for a site survey so we can confirm this, as in the long run it is much more cost effective than the steels turning up to site wrong.
